About your question, the fleur-de-lis is a symbol that means a lot to me because of my dedication to heraldry and all my heraldic studies. Is an heraldic symbol per si, and Is an icon for many reasons. It actually became a French symbol in Clovis times to make the correspondance to the Christian religion, as a symbol of the Virgin, and the holy trinity, to legitimate the power of the king itself, as a decendant of higher power. I love the Fleur-de-lis for all its meanings and aestethic :) It's my own personal symbol in my life, and I feel very conected to it, not only personally but with all my work*
